As the largest of its kind in the North West, the 27,000 sq. ft. Widnes based venue has added extra classes to its schedule following increased demand for the high energy fitness trend.

“Being just a ten minute drive from The Rocket in Liverpool, means that we are easily accessible to all. We understand that keeping active can be sometimes be a chore, which is why we wanted to create an offering that certainly puts the fun back into fitness. Our Thursday class even features a novel disco theme – leg warmers not compulsory!”

Velocity Fitness consists of moves derived from various forms of full-body exercise. Each fitness session is proven to be three times more beneficial than a regular workout and incorporates a set of specific moves that can only be done on a trampoline. Participants can expect to burn an estimated 1,000 calories per hour.

Steven added: “Trampolining is a low impact fat burning exercise, which places minimal stress on the heart, muscles and joints, making it ideal for participants of all fitness levels.
