Care Home Manager Scoops Customer Service Award

Care Home Manager Scoops Customer Service Award

Lisa Reilly from Lakeview Care Homes in Lytham has beaten off stiff competition to win the prestigious Customer Service Award at this year’s Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAs).
The EVAs were held in the impressive Empress Ballroom at the Winter Gardens, where more than 1000 business women and men gathered for the glittering ceremony, to recognise those ladies in the North West who are inspiring others by successfully running their own businesses or are at the forefront of their profession.

Lisa is a manager with the Lakeview Group of care homes, a family run company which operates four care homes in Lytham; Rosewood Lodge, Lakeview, Newfield Lodge and its flagship home The Moorings.

Recently qualified as a Dignity Coach, Lisa believes it is imperative for those that stay in care homes to be treated with respect and receive the correct treatment from the right professionals.
The judges praised Lisa on her passion for her work, saying there was no competition in this category and that customer service was at the very heart of everything she did.
Lisa said: “I’m absolutely delighted to have won.  The care industry has had such negative press recently, however there are some quality care homes out there and we should be ensuring these get the recognition they deserve. Winning this award for customer service is testament to the commitment that not just myself but our whole team puts into our daily work in what can sometimes be a very challenging environment.”
